Virtual Venues Symposium 11/9 & 11/10

Obama's victory adds to my excitement this week, as I am helping prepare for a symposium with Z-Lab at UC Berkeley and the Embodied Media and Technology Lab at UC Irvine. Virtual Venues Symposium is organized by John Crawford, Dance and Media Arts Professor at University of California, Irvine. He will be connecting with Z-Lab at UC Berkeley using direct real-time interaction on November 9th and 10th. Communication will include video and audio effects in order to implement the merging of two locations in isolated spaces. Lisa Wymore, Dance Director at UC Berkeley and Director of Z-Lab, will be running the show here in Berkeley. I will be assisting with camera operating and dance performance. Join us for this wonderful event. For more information, click on this link: Virtual Venues Symposium Page
