"Looking Left/Chicago" After Rehearsals and Before the show

I sit here in the Motion Pacific Dance Studios lobby waiting for the night to start. Smith/Wymore Disappearing Acts will open up the show with a 10 minute installation from their larger piece, Memory Trigger.     Before the festivities tonight, I strolled around downtown Santa Cruz and took some pictures. If you live near Santa Cruz, you should try to make it to a performance---either today or tomorrow! Already there have been some early birds asking to buy tickets before box office opens.  Goodness me, it's so beautiful out here---just like a fairytale. Beats the early gloom day we had at Berkeley.
