Athenian's Urinetown the Musical

Last night was the last performance of Urinetown the Musical at the Athenian School. I am the Assistant Producer/Director there for the Drama/Film Program. The musical, which I have never seen before this week, was a smash!    The students were great, the songs were performed hilariously, and the set and lighting made the stage come alive with urine filled fog. Speaking of songs, the Composer and co-lyricist, Mark Hollmann, sent the production a nice letter wishing everyone the best on this performance. That was kind of awesome. Great close to a weekend!

I can't wait to see what life has in store for these talented students.
